  • How are you wheelchair friendly?
    Curb2Curb services enlists vehicles that have the proper wheelchair access to make it easy to travel with us. Just be sure to choose a wheelchair friendly vehicle option when making your reservation.
  • How do you handle senior (over 65) reservations?

  • How and when do you accept payment?
    We accept all credit card payments via Paypal. Payment is required no less than 24 hours before your time of pickup. If payment is not received by the 24 hour mark, you will be notified that the trip has be cancelled.
  • What is your pricing structure?
    All rides begin with a minimum cost of only $6 for up to 6 miles one way. Additional miles incur a fee of $1.17 per mile. There is never a surcharge and cost is based upon regular use and not on-demand.
  • Can minors use Curb2Curb for transportation?
    No one under 16 can ride in the Curb2Curb Rideshare program without the written consent of a parent. Authorization from another adult member of the family or babysitters will not be valid. The written consent must accompany a photo ID of the parent. Only two minors maximum may ride in any Curb2Curb ride.
  • What are your terms of service?
    No one under 16 can ride in the Curb2Curb Rideshare program without the written consent of a parent. Authorization from another adult member of the family or babysitters will not be valid. The written consent must accompany a photo ID of the parent. Only two minors maximum may ride in any Curb2Curb ride. Any minor creating behavior issues, not showing respect for the driver driver and/or vehicle will you be removed from the vehicle once the parent has arrived on the scene. Depending on the severity of the incident, law enforcement may be notified. No one, including adult or minor will be allowed to remain in any Rideshare vehicle if showing disrespect for life, liberty or property at the discretion of the Driver. All Drivers are bound to maintain professionalism and courteous conduct at all times. Upon submission of a complaint, should a driver be found to violate this policy, he/she will be removed from the Curb2Curb Rideshare program. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between the rider (customer) and Curb2Curb Services, officers and directors governing your use of the website and any Curb2Curb Service technology platform.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    All rides must be canceled no less than 24 hours in advance. Failure to accept your ride without 24 hour cancellation notice will result payment of the full charge based on what the ride would have cost as determined by Curb2Curb Services.

    The health and safety of our community is always our priority. We actively monitor the current health situation and take steps as needed to help keep those that rely on our platform to be safe. Ride with us with confidence.
